The 125th Council Meeting

The 125th Council Meeting was held on 27 July 2026 at 5:30 pm at Hopewell Inn, 20/F., Hopewell Hotel. 

Following the Council Meeting, the Pitch Competition Award Ceremony and Fellowship Dinner were held.

Our Guest of Honour, Mr Kevin CHOI, JP, Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, graced the occasion with his presence.  He delivered a meaningful speech and presented the awards to the winning teams. The dinner was also joined by the Panel of Judges for the Competition, including Mr Jason CHIU, Prof. Hong FUNG, Dr Winnie TANG and Mr Marcus WOO.

The 121st Council Meeting and the Induction Ceremony for New Fellows of 2025 was held on 24th November 2025 at the Hopewell Inn, 20/F, Hopewell Hotel, Wan Chai.  We are pleased to announce the induction of twelve distinguished professionals as Fellows.  Further details can be found in the Fellows Directory pages.

The evening's dinner provided an excellent opportunity for both existing and new Fellows and also Young Members to engage and network, fostering meaningful connections within our community.

HKAES 116th Council Meeting cum Pitch Competition Award Ceremony was successfully held on 29th July 2024 at Victoria Suite, The Hong Kong Club. During the ceremony, we're honoured to have Ms. Lillian CHEONG, JP, Under Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, HKSAR as our Guest of Honour, presenting the awards to the winning team from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
