Ir Dr Lo is a successful HK politician chairing Legislative Council Public Works Committee in charge of funding for all HK infra structure works.Over thirty years of solid working experience in industrial management, technology innovation and marketing development.Has served many government organizations, professional bodies and trade associations. His public services cover infrastructure, town planning, environment, housing, technology, industry, education and community works. He was President of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the session 2007/08 and was a Sha Tin District Councilor from 1997 to 2011.His academic subject areas cover business strategies, enterprise restructuring, quality management, supply chain management, product development, lean and green manufacturing, and re-engineering.He is a tenor and a Cantonese operatic signer. He is also an art collector who collects Chinese paintings and calligraphies.
