Ir James Chiu is one of the most respected and trusted figure of the Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Construction Industry today, his technical expertise ranging from electrical power to road and traffic control & surveillance systems. He is a Past President of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (1990-1991) and a Past Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce (1992-1994) and currently a Founding and Life President of The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Limited. Leading and managing large, diversified and multi cultural corporations is his other expertise particularly leadership skills. A Chairman of Paul Y Engineering Group Limited, a major Hong Kong civil and building contractor, he organised and helped manage join venture with other local and overseas contractors to undertake Hong Kong and Macao infrastructure and complex building projects. As Chairman of GTEC Services (Hong Kong) Limited, he is the executive Chairman.
