Starting his career as a Graduate Trainee in CLP Power HK Limited in the 80s, Ir Chiang possesses over 35 years of engineering, broad general management and regulatory experience in the power industry in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He was appointed Managing Director of CLP Power in 2017 and took up the role of Chief Executive Officer in October 2023.
Ir Chiang is a highly accomplished and esteemed leader in the field of engineering and energy in HK. With a wealth of power expertise and experience, he has made significant contributions to the energy industry and the community.
