Ir Andy Kwok is the Managing Director of Binnies Hong Kong Limited, overseeing operations across Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, and Vietnam with a team of over 1,200 professionals. A Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and accredited NEC3 and NEC4 ECC Project Manager, Andy has over 32 years of experience leading major water, drainage, and infrastructure projects. His portfolio includes the Tseung Kwan O Desalination Plant, Integrated Waste Management Facility 2, and Yuen Long Barrage Scheme. Renowned for his technical leadership and innovation, Andy actively contributes to industry bodies and promotes sustainable engineering development.
