His portfolio includes the Tseung Kwan O Desalination Plant, Integrated Waste Management Facility 2, and Yuen Long Barrage Scheme. Renowned for his technical leadership and innovation, Andy actively contributes to industry bodies and promotes sustainable engineering development.
