Han Wang is Professor and Associate Head at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University of Hong Kong. He is also the Director of HKU Center for Advanced Semiconductors and Integrated Circuits (CASIC). Prior to joining HKU, he worked at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California, first as Assistant Professor and later as tenured Associate Professor. In 2021-2023, he served as the head of the low dimensional materials research department at TSMC concurrent to his faculty appointment. He also worked at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center from 2013 to 2014.
