Profile

Prof. Liang Liu is an associate professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research focuses on advanced wireless communication technologies, including AI for 6G, integrated sensing and communication, etc. Prof. Liu is a Fellow of IEEE. He is a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Communications Society. He is the recipient of the 2021 IEEE Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award, the 2017 IEEE Signal Processing Society Young Author Best Paper Award, and the Best Student Paper Award for 2022 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing.
