Dr. KWOK has over 10 years of experience in electronic materials research and development and is recognized for his contributions to materials engineering and advanced electronic packaging. He has led the development of high-performance thermal management materials that enhance the reliability and efficiency of semiconductors and high-power electronic systems. His work addresses challenges in heat dissipation and energy efficiency for AI, data center, and high-speed electronics applications, while advancing immersion cooling technologies. Through strong technical leadership, he has delivered multidisciplinary R&D projects, forged industry and government collaborations, and generated patented innovations, international recognition, and successful commercialization.
