Ir Dr Kennard has more than 35 years experience. He was a Director of Babtie Group until retiring in 2005 when he became an independent consultant. With principal expertise in geotechnical engineering, Dr. Kennard’s experience covers a wide range of civil and structural projects. He has conducted investigations and assessments into a range of construction problems and has given expert advice and evidence in both arbitration hearings and the civil courts in Hong Kong.Dr Kennard has served the community as a member of the Town Planning Appeals Board, the Town Planning Board and of the ICAC Corruption Prevention Committee.
